Our coach will get in touch in a short time.

1 – Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class, so we can introduce you to your instructor and give you an overview of what to expect.

2 – All you need are your work out clothes and your kicks. We’ve got everything else covered. Remember, bring a bottle of wather!

3 – Bring a friend with you, it is very funny to do this bootcamp with your buddy!
